For routine services, we typically schedule within 5-7 working days. Urgent requests like storm damage clearance are often accommodated within 48 hours, subject to crew availability.
Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the garden, many clients provide a side gate code or leave a key. We'll send you photos of the completed work either way.
Light rain doesn't stop us. For heavy rain that would damage your lawn or compromise safety, we'll reschedule to the next available slot at no extra charge.
We invoice after work completion. Payment is accepted via bank transfer, card, or cheque. Regular clients can set up monthly direct debits for convenience.
